Purchasing Manager / Project manager

• Customer contacts – shipment and payments issues
• Contractual work performing/supporting - internal contracts/PO’s preparation and placement, internal and external contracts invoicing and payments controlling, equipment manufacturing schedule controlling, delivery/acceptance acts
• Controlling/supporting project shipments and custom clearance (including warranty period) - schedules, documentation, working with forwarders and custom brokers (excluding technical issues)
• Supporting certification and permitting – contracts/documentation preparation/handling (excluding technical issues)
• Collecting and reporting local project costs (including warranty period), accounting records
• Common supporting of project implementation - translation and interpretation, meetings participation, foreign Metso and Customer’s specialists travel arrangements, documentation printing and issuing etc.

• business correspondence by enquiries from managers (prices, technical characteristics of the goods, min order and etc.);
• placing an order and control all phases of its passing;
• control of circulation of documents by orders with suppliers;
• informing interested party about the date of delivery;
• ordering transportation for delivery the goods from suppliers to warehouses, control all phases of the delivery;
• providing customs broker by information about the goods on the basis of invoice, packing list from supplier;
• in case of undelivered or poor quality of the goods clarification of reason shortage/poor quality/ damage of the goods and writing a claim on the basis of statement from head of warehouse
