1. Currently foreign supply: analyzing of failure reason, making FTA, informing foreign Suppliers about nonconforming materials; clarifying claims reasons, requesting 7 steps or 8D, analyzing 7 steps reports; opening NCMR (nonconformance request), SCAR (supplier corrective action request); Reporting to Managers;
2. Parts Localization Process in Russia: search, questioning of suppliers; making of Proprietary Information Non-disclosure Agreement, creating Request for Quotation, analyzing Quotation, choice supplier. Working with Suppliers through APQP Process; controlling and assisting to suppliers with actions according APQP-Status Report, requesting to correct if need APQP documents (Flow Chart, FMEA, Control plan, MSA, MQV and others); Organizing audits: making audit check list, coordinating command according ready questions and conducting the audits of suppliers’ flow and product, I’d done 15 audits; requesting corrective actions if needed on the report remark. I my responsibility polymer parts, casting and machining parts, assembly parts suppler processes.
3. Developing of QMS documentation (process, procedure, instruction) according ISO/TS 16949 requirements. Allocation QMS documentation into data base;
4. Purchasing of equipment for Incoming inspection area. Compilation of needed equipment schedule.
5. QSI data base administrator.
6. Involved in groups for making FMEA and CP for assembly and testing lines in order to get customer approval of ZCK PPAP.

Describing manufacturing process of axle drive gear’s and dabble reduction axle’s assembly and repair; control quality of assembly equipment; change of assembly equipment drawings; lectureship to operators; defects isolation, finding reasons of defects; Audits.

Document delivery to tax administration. Making tax reports. Audits of companies.
