Working with foreign suppliers, market research on the raw materials, transport companies tenders, study of cost effectiveness, planning and proceeding of the orders, coordination of interaction between had office and branches, development of logistics system, cooperation with the production department on the search of the alternative raw materials.

Working with global and local suppliers (50 suppliers and 600 items – raw materials, chemicals, flavorings, packaging). Searching for new suppliers, making contracts with the suppliers, supplier capability study – productivity, quality and cost effectiveness, planning and proceeding of the orders, marketing research, tenders, balance checks of the suppliers accounts, payments database support, work on decreasing of the prices. Follow up with technological group with reformulations. Cost optimization projects – price negotiations, work with specification changes.

Searching for new suppliers, making contracts with the suppliers, negotiations with the suppliers, calculation and proceeding of the orders, making of purchasing plan, analysis of speed of sales and of stock, competitors prices analysis, price structure analysis for the items of the same type, balance checks of the suppliers accounts, payments database support, stock-taking on my brands, calculation of markup and of discounts for clients, forming of catalogues and of business offers for clients, sale of goods to VIP clients, work with banks

Assisting to QA Director in negotiations, negotiating with the suppliers, control of the current supplies, record keeping, assisting to QA Director in reorganization of QA service, his managerial functions, written translation of QA documents, QA service budgeting.

Ordering of component parts based on MRP requirements, control of delivery, paper work – contracts, documents for customs etc.
Creation of forms of purchasing necessity, creation of rejects and claims procedures.

Contacting to suppliers and cargo companies, achieving of advantageous prices for the goods, control of supply terms, searching for new suppliers, record keeping on the supply base, translation of manuals for the goods.
Creation of the supply base, creation of profitable supply channels.

Translating/interpreting to/from English (technical/spoken), negotiating with the suppliers, control of supply terms.
Achieving of advantageous prices for the goods, no delays of the supplies, successful adjustment of relations with the suppliers by negotiations.
