- Management technical services of the enterprise, coordination work of services: the main mechanic, main power, shops of water preparation, compressor shop, a boiler-house, building shop;
- Definition technical policy and a direction of technical development the enterprise in conditions of market economy, ways of reconstruction and modernization of operating manufacture, level of specialization and universality manufactures on prospect;
- Maintenance of necessary level technical training of manufacture and its constant growth, production efficiency and labor productivity increase, reduction of costs (material, financial, labor), rational use of industrial resources, high quality and competitiveness made production, works or services, conformity let out products to operating state standards, specifications and industrial art requirements, and also their reliability and durability;
- According to the confirmed business plans of the enterprise for intermediate term and long-term prospect a management working out of actions for reconstruction and enterprise modernization, prevention of harmful influence of manufacture on environment, to careful use natural resources, creation of safe working conditions and increase a commercial crop manufacture;
- Organization of working out and realization of plans of introduction new techniques and technology, carrying out organizational-technical actions, research and developmental works. Maintenance of efficiency of design decisions, timely and qualitative preparation of manufacture, technical operation, repair and equipment modernization, achievement of high quality production in the course of its working out and manufacture.
- Control and the reporting before shareholders of financial streams on purchase, reconstruction and equipment service;
- Responsible for power preparation;Responsible for a fire-prevention condition at enterprise;

- Detection malfunctions in power supplies systems;
- Participation in operative switching’s, installation and adjustment of electroinstallations;
- Repair an industrial electric equipment with use manual/stationary measuring tool and BALES;
- The analysis malfunctions of the multipurpose equipment and systems (electronic, electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic);
- Maintenance of correct and safe operation of a technological electric equipment on electric parameters;
- Job management of the younger electrotechnical personnel on operation of the electrotechnical equipment;
- Organization of work of contract organizations on carrying out electroassembly, adjustment and other works in factory territory; quality assurance and safety of these works;
- Training of the personnel of factory to safe receptions and methods of work with an electric equipment;
- Definition of volumes and an order of performance of works at planned preventive stops of manufacture;
- Modernization of the electrotechnical equipment taking into account the company best practices;
- Forecasting of updating of an electric equipment, the order of spare parts and their reception/rejection by delivery to factory;
- To be responsible for reliable work PLC (Siemens S5-95,-155; S7-300,-400);
- By inquiries to make changes to the management program technological process, both during process stops, and without stops; to do it quickly and accurately during stops (both planned, and off-schedule);
- Store a fresh backup copy of all software working at factory;
- Support in an actual condition the diagram of blocking and the other documentation accompanying system of automation;
- To do careful analysis of occurring failures with all-round attraction of engineers of the manufacturer and-or the supplier on purpose to prevent repetitions (Siemens, Endress+Hauser, Danfoss...);
- Together with those. The factory personnel, to engineers () to-electricians () to place in operation new PLC to expand the existing
- To support/increase on requirement factory networks (Industrial Ethernet, including optics, profibus);
- Watch performance of corporate requirements to information protection (presence and a backup copy regularity, anti-virus protection, protection against careless actions...);
- Together with engineers electricians to place in operation new gauges to support work existing (level, temperature, pressure, the expense, discrete, analogue, profibus);
- Responsible for reliable work SCADA (WinCC v6, multiuser), including schedules, alarms, creation archives tags, management of privileges of users;
- Enter new sites of manufacture in SCADA, to watch preservation and ergonomics improvement;
- Perform work the IT engineer for office to 50 % of working hours;
- The help to users;
- Administration network and stations (domain Windows);
- Office technics (faxes, copying, modems...);
