- The organization and carrying out of tenders for civil and erection works, purchase of materials and designing (including with foreign suppliers, contractors and designers).
- Maintenance of control of timeliness and participation in updating of delivery design-budget and engineering specifications for manufacture of civil work (from the concept before commissioning), State examination passage, building license reception, acceptance of technical decisions.
- Control over conformity of civil and erection works of the confirmed design-budget documentation, building norms, to standards and specifications, norms of safety precautions.
- Control over performance of design, construction and starting-up and adjustment works by contract organizations under treaty obligations.
- Financial support of projects (fall of budget cost for installation works, control of contracts, terms and volumes of payments, the conclusion of additional agreements, guarantee certificates)
- Maintenance of technical supervision of terms and quality of performance of civil and erection works.
- Observance of the established norms of duration of building and terms of commissioning of capacities and fixed capital.
- Participation in formation and the organization of work of service of the Customer at all stages of building.
