Account Manager

• Manage and build business with existing accounts
• Identify and develop new customers in the Telco/IT/large enterprise industry space in Russia and the CIS
• Ability to establish and build relationships at all levels
• Prepare customer presentations
• Interpret during customer meetings when necessary
• Provide timely reports and forecasts
• Conduct a competitive analysis
• Be creative

• 3+ years of work experience in the telecom/utility telecom industry (large enterprise and similar experience is an advantage)
• Existing contacts in the Telco/IT/large enterprise industry
• Experience with handling regional and/or account sales responsibilities
• Good understanding of the telecommunications/IT industry
• Equivalent of bachelor's degree required. (Electrical/Computer Engineering preferred‚ others considered)
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in both English and Russian
• Ability to work independently‚ prioritize work and ask for further clarification when necessary
• Ability to maintain a mature‚ problem-solving approach; general knowledge of "how to get things done.
• Ability to "think outside of the box"
• Acute attention to details
• Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Word‚ PowerPoint‚ Excel‚ Outlook and Internet software
• A strong set of client references
• Flexibility to travel as required
