Project Officer

• Project Time line management: Work plans creation and maintenance (In coordinate with the project contract mile stones).
• Work plan for project resources and resources management
• Projects Risks management: Risks sessions‚ data base and mitigations.
• Projects RFC management: New or change of requirements management
• Center of expertise: Supporting the project teams with the project management tools and processes (MS project‚ excel‚ share point‚ others).
• Process: will take part in process definition in the project.
• Control: Actual management reporting‚ weekly and monthly.
  

• At least 3 years related and approved experience as PO - MUST
• Knowledge in MS Project‚ excel and word - MUST
• Experience in projects with technical orientation - system engineering‚ civil Infrastructure work.
• involved activities in the field of IT‚ System Engineering‚ Civil‚ Electrical‚ and Construction - preferred
• Working in hot climates (desert environment; Persian Gulf area) - Preferred
• Experience as a PO with complex technical projects.
• Working in Matrix organization.

• To be a team Leader; independent and individual abilities; the ability to work under pressure in ambiguous environment‚ solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations. The Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written‚ oral‚ diagram‚ or schedule form.
  The employee must be healthy man‚ long day hours.
