Job description: • Co-ordinate the processing of clinical trial data. • Develop and maintain project data management plans and co-ordinate the activities of project data management teams comprising internal staff and external vendors' staff to ensure adherence to agreed schedules • Maintain Data Management Study Files • Write project guidelines for effective data capture • Ensure the quality of project data by developing and applying comprehensive validation procedures prior to the collection/migration of data • Communicate effectively with Data Management Project team‚ Clinical Operations and IT department • Provide study specific trainings and support for Study Staff; communicate effectively with investigational sites to resolve data clean-up queries • Perform SAE reconciliation with safety databases • Maintain systems to track the data management processes (including paper CRF and Query tracking) • Prepare regular project status reports
