Core skills and experience:
Analysis of semiconductor materials based on ab initio simulation
Simulation of new materials based on Si or materials related to new memory
Applications of interface / surface simulations on overall semiconductor manufacturing process
General knowledge of the solid physics and defect chemistry
C/ FORTRAN or other language coding knowledge
Responsibilities and Duties:
Screening simulation of new materials for sub-10nm logic device
Material design for contact process
Analysis of diffusion flow on vertical Tr./new channel material
Screening simulations of materials for PRAM / MRAM devices
Material / defect simulation for next-generation memory devices
