Саперный.SummaryResponsible for the timely and accurate reporting of all financial data and for providing financial reports required by company management‚ shareholders and regulatory agencies. Directs and controls the cost accounting‚ general accounting and budgeting functions. Responsible for the development‚ analysis and interpretation of statistical and accounting information to appraise profitability‚ capital expenditures and performance against budget.Responsibilities• Establishes and maintains an accounting system in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation which ensures accurate presentation of financial results• Issues external financial reports in order to provide regulatory bodies with accurate view of the firm's financial position in compliance with tax authorities• Issues internal financial reports (including IFRS reporting) to management‚ the Board of Directors and shareholders• Prepares the annual budget for approval by the Board of Directors -- Monitors the budget by working closely with department heads in meeting their budgetary restrictions• Reviews all capital expenditure requests from the standpoint of approval control and ensure that required financial analysis has been completed where required for those proposals requiring senior management and/or board approval• Responsible for tax planning and compliance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and preparation of tax ledgers (purchase and sale books ‚ profits tax ledgers)‚ control over settlements with the budget.• Responsible for the risk management program assessing the risk and insuring company assets• Responsible for accounting and control of capital assets other than invested assets• Responsible for banking relationships• Establishes and maintains payroll‚ labor accounting and corporate purchasing system. Interfaces with suppliers such as telephone‚ copiers‚ office supplies etc• Other duties as assigned by the General DirectorQualifications• Higher education: accounting/finance/economics• Good knowledge of legislation of the Russian Federation including accounting‚ tax‚ labor and currency law;• Minimum three-years’ experience with IFRS reporting• Good level of English• Experienced user of PC‚ 1C-8 accounting program‚ MS Excel‚ MS Word;• Excellent analytical and communicational skills‚ high level of responsibilityCompensation• Competitive
