Responsibilities:• Management of geographically distributed IT team (Russia‚ Ukraine‚ USA);• Development and implementation of IT processes;• IT resource management;• IT budgets creation and implementation;• Collaboration with customers and IT vendors.Requirements:• Higher education in Computer Science‚ Computer Engineering or related field;• Experience in building and support corporate IT Infrastructure and Services; including geographically distributed offices;• Experience of cooperation at international environment. Experience in managing IT projects;• Experience in structuring and implementation of IT Service processes;• Understanding of general requirements of relevant legislative regulations for software development companies;• Strong team management and communication skills;• Basics of network technology and telecommunications systems; basics of applications support;• Deep knowledge of IT service management;• Knowledge of ITIL methodology is a plus;• Fluent English.
