Risk Group (“RISK”) helps companies from different industries to become high-performing businesses through integrated and proactive approaches to risk management system‚ internal control and internal audit. The employee’s responsibilities in this position include:
Review of the client’s accounting and internal control systems
Review of the client’s risk management system
Internal process and procedures assessment
Identification of risks and controls
Perform controls testing
Development of policies and procedures
Reporting system review and assessment
Preparation of recommendations how to mitigate gaps
Perform compliance assessment as per local statutory and internal regulations
Education:
Education in economic/accounting/management area graduated
Professional Skills and Experience Required:
Background in risk management/internal audit (work or education) is a plus
CIA/ACCA/DipFR or other internationally accepted qualification (or in progress)
Strong knowledge and experience in Russian Statutory Accounting/IFRS/GAAP
English fluent
Strong MS Word‚ Excel‚ Power Point knowledge
Good skills in report writing‚ presentations preparation
